Three simple steps to finding your Royal Caribbean cabin upgrade.

Download Your Offer PDFs
Sign in to Royal Caribbean, head to Club Royale → My Offers → View Sailings, then click "Download list" to save the PDF for each person's offers.
Tip: Do this for every person in your group — each person needs their own PDF.

Upload All PDFs at Once
Open Cruise Offer Match and drag all the PDFs in at the same time — or use the Browse button to select them. The app reads each file and extracts every sailing automatically.
Tip: You can upload PDFs for multiple people in one go. The app keeps them separate.

See Your Matches
The app instantly shows every sailing where more than one person has an offer — those are the ones you can all book together. Filter by ship class, departure port, nights, or date range.
Tip: Use the Save button to bookmark your favorites, then call Club Royale to book.

Book With Club Royale
When you find a sailing you love, hit Redeem and call Club Royale at 1-888-561-2234 or email [email protected]. They'll walk you through the booking.
Tip: Mark the sailing as Redeemed once you've called — it'll drop off your matches list.
